1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Big Brue website and your attendance at Big Brue festival events. By purchasing a ticket or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets

2.1 Purchase

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. You must be 18 or over to purchase tickets.

2.2 Refunds

Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. After this date, tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund.

2.3 Programme Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the festival programme, including speakers and session times. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

3. Event Attendance

3.1 Admission

You must present a valid ticket or confirmation email for admission. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not comply with these terms or whose behaviour is inappropriate.

3.2 Code of Conduct

Big Brue is committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees. We expect all participants to:

  • Treat all attendees, speakers, and staff with respect
  • Engage in constructive dialogue, even when opinions differ
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.

3.3 Photography & Recording

Professional photography and filming will take place during the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and for such images to be used in Big Brue promotional materials.

Personal photography is permitted but please be respectful of speakers and other attendees. Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent.

4. Liability

Big Brue and its organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by attendees except where caused by our negligence. We recommend that you have appropriate personal insurance.

We are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings during the event.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

6. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. While we endeavour to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or reliability.

7. Intellectual Property
