Margot Henderson OBE is a New Zealand-born chef, restaurateur and co-founder of London’s acclaimed Rochelle Canteen. Known for her generous, produce-led cooking, she has worked at some of London’s most influential restaurants, including The Eagle and The French House, which she ran with Melanie Arnold for seven years. The pair later founded Arnold & Henderson and opened Rochelle Canteen in 2006. Margot is the author of You’re All Invited: Margot’s Recipes for Entertaining and received an OBE for services to the culinary arts in 2020. Her latest venture is The Three Horseshoes in Batcombe, where she creates heartfelt, seasonal menus celebrating Somerset produce.
