Alice Temperley MBE is the founder and creative director of Temperley London, the independent British fashion house she launched in 2000, shortly after graduating from the Royal College of Art. Rooted in Somerset and known internationally, the brand is celebrated for its bohemian spirit, intricate embroidery, elegant tailoring and commitment to craftsmanship, slow fashion and responsible practice. Temperley has dressed an extraordinary global following, including Madonna, Beyoncé, Penélope Cruz, Kate Moss and the Princess of Wales. Awarded an MBE in 2011 for services to the fashion industry, she continues to champion design, craft and emerging talent.
