Jason McCue

Jason McCue is an international human rights lawyer and part-time academic, known for his pioneering work in “lawfare”: the use of law in conflict, and to challenge governments, corporations, extremist organisations and terrorist groups. He is Senior Partner at McCue Jury & Partners and Founder/Director of the Somaliland Independence Recognition Institute. His legal work across Africa, Ukraine and the Middle East sits at the intersection of law and geopolitics, exploring how legal systems can respond to power, propaganda and global instability. He is co-founder of Big Brue.
